Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with a strong academic record
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Coursework in Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science preferred
- Familiarity with supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms for regression/classification
- Proficient in open-source data science languages such as R or Python
- Experience with Data Visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau
- Moderate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are preferred
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects
- Strong problem-solving skills for business challenges
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capacity to learn quickly and resourcefully
- High level of motivation, flexibility, and creativity
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn from mentors and peers
- Willingness to travel, including on short notice
Responsibilities
- Assist teams involved with big data environments
- Develop, implement, and analyze advanced statistical and machine learning techniques
- Provide guidance on data preparation and model-building best practices
- Utilize communication skills to convey project findings, conclusions, and recommendations effectively
- Engage in client meetings to discuss and present analytical methods and interpret results
- Create, deploy, and support the use of automated internal tools for project-related analytics
- Contribute to the standardization and consolidation of modeling techniques for our service offerings
- Facilitate the development of the Commercial Analytics practice (e.g., analytical training, new service development)
