Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices across Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.

- Manage service requests using platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, or other ticketing systems.
- Support network infrastructure, including LAN configurations and firewall settings.
- Conduct troubleshooting for applications like Microsoft Office and other enterprise tools.
- Document support activities and solutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in managing computer hardware inventory and upgrades.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly communicating with end-users and stakeholders.
