Requirements
Must:
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or equivalent)
- Proven experience managing Windows Server environments
- Extensive knowledge of Active Directory and DFS
- Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
- Demonstrated ability to provide Tier III support within enterprise environments
- Understanding of Windows STIGs and EvalSTIG
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to work autonomously in a government setting
Responsibilities
- Serve as an on-site Windows Administrator, offering management and administration support for Microsoft Windows Server solutions
- Deliver architectural guidance and assist in the deployment and configuration of:
- Active Directory (Domain Controllers)
- Distributed File Systems (DFS)
- File Services (project shares, user shared folders, quotas)
- Aid in the deployment, configuration, and upkeep of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
- Diagnose issues related to Domain Controllers (DC), DFS, and MECM, providing support across all technical dimensions
- Offer Tier III support for DC, DFS, and MECM implementations
- Provide Tier II assistance as necessary for Core Services ticket management
- Assess customer needs and pinpoint security requirements, risks, and proposed solutions
- Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate processes and maintain servers
- Ensure and uphold Windows STIG compliance using EvalSTIG
- Maintain all qualifications outlined under the Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) framework for Privileged Access Administrator (PAA) roles
