Requirements

Must:
- Active Top Secret Clearance - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience as per contract guidelines) - 3-6 years of experience in developing enterprise Microsoft-based solutions - In-depth experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Flow/Power Automate, Power BI) - Proficient in customizing SharePoint lists and integrating enterprise systems - Strong skills in PowerShell scripting - Familiarity with web services/SOA, ASP.NET MVC, and JavaScript - Solid understanding of systems analysis and development lifecycle methodologies - Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems

Responsibilities

- Analyze complex and unstructured data sets utilizing advanced statistical techniques for informed decision-making - Conduct research and develop models based on organizational data - Design and implement algorithms or models focused on key business metrics to improve operations - Create and enhance software to manage data access more efficiently - Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI - Customize SharePoint lists and integrate various systems using PowerApps - Develop PowerApps data models and utilize structured development methodologies - Craft business processes and custom connectors through Microsoft Flow - Apply PowerApps formulas and adhere to best practices in development - Develop and manage PowerShell scripts for automation and administrative tasks - Leverage knowledge of the Office 365 ecosystem, including Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and Azure services - Integrate applications with SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online environments - Support service-oriented architecture (SOA) and web services design and integration using ASP.NET MVC and JavaScript - Create custom dashboards and reports with Power BI - Utilize analysis tools to enhance workflow automation - Assist in data modeling and visualization efforts to support decision-making processes - Ensure proper licensing compliance for PowerApps and Flow environments - Lead design and functional specification workshops - Collaborate directly with management and end users to identify application needs and viable solutions - Convert business requirements into technical design documentation - Participate in all phases of the system lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and maintenance - Demonstrate strong project management capabilities and meticulous attention to detail - Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Provide clear written and verbal communication - Contribute to the development of innovative processes and enabling systems across the program
