Must:

- 3–6 years of hands-on IT support experience
- Proficiency in Windows desktop support
- Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of Active Directory / Entra ID
- Familiarity with basic networking principles
- Experience troubleshooting printers and peripherals
- Background in manufacturing or plant IT support
- Knowledge of hybrid on-premises and Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience with independent on-site IT ownership

Responsibilities
- Provide end-user and deskside support for Windows 10/11 systems
- Assist with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, File Shares)
- Manage hardware break/fix issues, imaging, deployments, and lifecycle management
- Support printers, scanners, label printers, and other peripherals
- Deliver basic support for Windows Servers, file servers, and print servers
- Manage users and groups in Active Directory / Entra ID
- Offer basic networking support with switches, connectivity, and VLAN awareness
- Provide assistance on the manufacturing floor and shared workstation environments
- Coordinate with vendors and participate in projects
- Maintain documentation and manage assets
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees
- Contribute to standardization and support of ZGNA IT policies
- Provide training on hardware and software as needed
