- Conduct research, plan, draft, and revise the Aircraft Maintenance Publication (AMP) concerning all structural chapters - Comprehend all engineering documentation that supports changes to AMP and CMP - Write and revise maintenance procedures accounting for the scope of engineering modifications - Ensure Quality Assurance (QA) for Data Modules (DM) submitted by suppliers for publication integration - Execute On Aircraft Validation (OAV) for new AMP tasks and establish required execution timing for each task - Validate and incorporate comments from on-aircraft validation following departmental standards and guidelines - Review technical documentation for integration into publications - Analyze requests from customers and operators, coordinate with the Customer Response Center (CRC) and Engineering team, and respond to the initiator - Coordinate, define, and maintain the publication of the Data Module Requirement List (DMRL) with both internal and external suppliers - Identify and implement product improvement processes in line with the strategic plan - Identify, assess, and support the definition of action plans and timelines to minimize risks associated with publication compliance to program requirements - Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure AMP tasks are current and adhere to published technical specifications
