Requirements
Must:
- College diploma (DEC) in aircraft maintenance, avionics, or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in the aerospace industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Thorough understanding of technical drawings and wiring/schematic diagrams
- Detailed knowledge of Technical Publications processes and technologies (an advantage)
- Basic understanding of S1000D and ATA specifications (an advantage)
- Good familiarity with XML authoring language (an advantage)
Responsibilities
- Research, plan, write, and revise the Fault Isolation Manual (FIM)
- Regularly communicate with Engineering to validate troubleshooting procedures prior to publication
- Analyze engineering source documents to assess their impact on the Fault Isolation Manual (FIM) and revise as necessary
- Address customer inquiries regarding the FIM publication
- Identify and implement enhancements to processes and products in alignment with the strategic plan
