Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or a related field
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in aerospace systems design, troubleshooting, and operational aspects
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams in a complex environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret intricate technical and operational data
- Familiarity with the Airbus A220 systems architecture is a plus
- Willingness to undertake occasional international travel
- Compliance awareness and commitment to integrity in all business dealings
Responsibilities
- Supervise and promote the competitiveness aspects of various aircraft systems
- Focus on enhancing performance, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency
- Analyze system designs and operational data to reduce direct maintenance costs (DMC)
- Investigate in-service data related to system failures to improve operational reliability (OR)
- Challenge existing and future system designs for cost-effective solutions
- Act as the technical liaison for competitiveness, collaborating with diverse internal teams
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to systems competitiveness and report findings to management
