Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Management/Engineering
- MBA is considered an asset
- PMP certification is a plus
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Program, Engineering, or Project management
- Strong leadership abilities, preferably aligned with the Airbus leadership model
- Proficiency in analytical thinking, planning, and problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Open-minded with a strong capacity for teamwork
- Outstanding organizational skills and time management
- Demonstrates autonomy and independence
- Patient, optimistic, and persistent
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities
- Define and manage the program and delivery of product modifications according to program timelines, costs, quality, performance, and maturity targets
- Oversee governance related to development management, planning, and risk and opportunity management
- Coordinate Multi-Functional Teams tasked with developing and delivering solutions using a global supply chain
- Manage the Operational Plan and Resource Plan concerning changes
- Translate stakeholder expectations into clear operational directives for multi-functional teams
- Lead teams through all stages of development and processes, including detailed design, development, parts manufacturing, supplier engagement, industrial setup, and readiness for production
