Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Management or Engineering
- MBA is a plus
- PMP certification is advantageous
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Program, Engineering, or Project management
- Demonstrates strong leadership abilities aligned with the Airbus leadership model
- Proficient analytical skills, planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Open-minded with a capacity for teamwork
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high degree of autonomy
- Patient, positive attitude with perseverance and strong organizational skills
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written

Responsibilities
- Define and manage the program and delivery of product modifications to meet timelines, budgets, quality standards, and performance indicators
- Oversee governance related to development management, including planning, risk and opportunity management, escalation, and coordination of Multi-Functional Teams
- Manage the Operational Plan (OP) and Resources Plan pertaining to changes
- Translate stakeholder expectations into actionable operational requirements for cross-functional teams
- Lead multi-functional teams through all development phases, including detailed design, development, parts manufacturing, supplier involvement, industrial setup, and rate readiness
