Requirements
Must:
- College diploma in Information Technology or university degree in Project Management, Administration, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a corporate environment
- Basic understanding of the latest aerospace technologies and industry trends (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Planisware (preferred)
- Proficient in data management and extensive knowledge of the Google suite
- Eagerness to independently learn new technologies
- Initiative in enhancing systems
- Effective teaching skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
- Customer-focused with excellent communication capabilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team player who enjoys collaboration
- Commitment to integrity and awareness of compliance risks
Responsibilities
- Enhance data management processes for FTIC
- Collect and analyze requirements from various FTIC departments;
- Propose and develop effective solutions
- Lead meetings and maintain various tracking files, updating key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Contribute to the creation of tools needed by the Flight Operations Office
- Manage and develop the website for the entire Flight Test and Integration Center
- Engage in continuous improvement of database management processes
- Serve as the guardian of FTIC databases
- Oversee information technology aspects related to Flight Deck, Dynamic Source, Wabe, Weather Website, and Flight Plan
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle change requests that arise during specific project implementations
- Collaborate closely with various teams within FTIC
