Requirements
Must:
- College diploma in Information Technology or University degree in Project Management, Administration, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a corporate setting
- Familiarity with the latest aerospace technologies and industry trends is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Planisware is advantageous
- Expertise in data management and deep understanding of the Google suite
- Capacity to independently learn new technologies
- Initiative to enhance systems
- Teaching skills with the ability to adapt to various audiences
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Proficient organizational and time management skills
- Team-oriented with a passion for collaboration
Responsibilities
- Enhance the management of FTIC data
- Collect and analyze requirements from various FTIC departments and propose solutions
- Conduct meetings and maintain up-to-date tracking files while overseeing certain KPIs
- Assist in developing tools necessary for the Flight Operations Office
- Oversee and develop the website for the entire Flight Test and Integration Center
- Participate in the ongoing improvement of our database management processes
- Safeguard the FTIC databases
- Lead information technology efforts related to Flight Deck, Dynamic Source, Wabe, Weather Website, and Flight Plan
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage change requests during project implementation
- Collaborate closely with diverse FTIC teams
