Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or information technology (IT)
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in aerospace systems or an IT environment
- Understanding of system integration, their operation, and security requirements
- General knowledge of IT components such as networks, architecture, system management, or application support
- Familiarity with threats and countermeasures related to computer systems
- Experience in IT security analysis and/or aircraft security is an asset
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Self-motivated with initiative, a keen sense of responsibility, and good engineering judgment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, collaborate effectively in a team, and possess project management skills
- Occasional international travel may be required for this position
Responsibilities
- Support the establishment and maintenance of a tailored information security management system for the A220 Customer Service department
- Assist in the inventory and upkeep of processes, digital tools, and deliverables generated by the Customer Service organization
- Conduct risk assessments pertaining to digital tools and deliverables produced by Customer Service
- Document compliance of digital services with industry standards and regulations regarding network security, and aid in creating corrective action plans when necessary
- Engage in the definition of security boundaries for digital systems, identifying potential threats, their vectors, and corresponding countermeasures
- Investigate security incidents detected in digital tools or the aircraft
- Familiarize yourself with security log analysis from various aircraft systems
- Participate in maintaining an aircraft security log analysis system
- Provide recommendations and solutions to engineering regarding detected incidents
