Requirements
Must:
- Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
- At least ten (10) years of substantial experience in IT, Architecture, Product Management, or the aviation sector
- Proven skill in developing business cases, calculating Return on Investment (ROI), and establishing success metrics for digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with the Airbus Customer Services environment and processes
- Knowledge and experience with architecture modeling methods and tools, alongside Agile and Software Engineering practices
- Strong negotiation capabilities and aligning diverse stakeholders (Business Owners, Product Managers, IT)
- Ability to balance strategic approaches with attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
- Sound decision-making based on data, coupled with a collaborative and constructive work style
- Curiosity and independence
- Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written
- Familiarity with Cloud, Big Data, and Analytics is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic framing of digital initiatives during the initial cycle (maturation), assessing impacts on the product portfolio
- Evaluate and articulate the business value and Return on Investment (ROI) for projects, conducting necessary business case and feasibility analyses
- Contribute to the overall vision for Digital Solutions Architecture and guide portfolio optimization
- Ensure architectural and functional consistency across capabilities (processes, products, epics) and analyze potential technical scenarios
- Conduct dependency analyses and assess technical impacts on the current product and platform ecosystem
- Define functionalities needed for new digital capabilities and facilitate the transition to co-development with stakeholders (Product Managers, IT)
- Maintain compliance and traceability of project deliverables with the Architecture repository and requirements
- Support the Digital Portfolio by defining technical solutions and their associated costs, aiming for continuous improvement of processes (Agile)
