Requirements
Must:
- Hold a college diploma (DEC) in aircraft maintenance or avionics, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in the aerospace sector
- Strong communication skills in both French and English, both written and verbal
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth understanding of technical drawings and wiring/schematic diagrams
- Familiarity with Technical Publications processes and technologies (a plus)
- Basic knowledge of S1000D and ATA specifications (a plus)
- Proficient understanding of XML authoring language (a plus)
Responsibilities
- Research, plan, compose, and revise the Fault Isolation Manual (FIM)
- Communicate regularly with the Engineering team to validate troubleshooting procedures prior to publication
- Analyze engineering source documents to assess their impact on the Fault Isolation Manual (FIM) and make necessary revisions
- Address and respond to customer inquiries related to the FIM publication
- Identify and implement process and product enhancements aligned with the strategic plan
