Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace systems design, troubleshooting, or operational support
- Ability to collaborate with diverse technical and cross-functional teams in a complex environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in interpreting intricate technical and operational data
- Familiarity with Airbus A220 systems architecture is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive the competitiveness of various aircraft systems
- Enhance Direct Maintenance Cost (DMC) through analysis of system designs and operational data
- Propose measures that minimize maintenance effort, part expenses, and ground time
- Improve operational reliability by analyzing in-service data relating to system failures
- Challenge and optimize current and future system designs for cost-effectiveness and robustness
- Act as the main technical point of contact for competitiveness, collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to systems competitiveness and provide regular updates to management
