- Lead various projects in accordance with timelines and allocated budgets - Ensure compliance with health and safety standards - Manage technical tasks required for project acquisition - Promote cost reduction initiatives while enhancing operational efficiency - Gather, analyze, critique, and plan business needs from various departments - Draft project specifications and manage requests for proposals - Investigate technical solutions that meet needs by reviewing options with suppliers - Track budgets, costs, and timelines for multiple projects - Prepare and present projects for validation with various functions - Facilitate meetings and maintain project tracking files, including IPC updates - Oversee activities during all project phases: feasibility studies, project mandates, business planning, acquisition, implementation, and production - Manage change requests during project execution - Develop risk management plans including mitigation strategies - Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes - Quantify technical solutions based on needs and create estimates - Conduct follow-ups rigorously with suppliers according to milestones - Perform supplier or factory visits as needed - Participate in presentations and meetings with different departments
