Flight Test Engineer - Airbus

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, Aeronautics, or equivalent professional experience - Masters degree in Engineering, Science, Aeronautics, or equivalent professional experience preferred - 2+ years as a Flight Test Engineer - 8+ years in aircraft systems (including MAP, Design Office, development functions) and various ATA chapters - Qualification from an EASA-approved Flight Test School or equivalent, allowing for EASA Cat 2 validation - Minimum of 5 years of preferred experience with Airbus or Bombardier/Airbus Canada - Previous experience in a Flight Operations environment, especially with A220 or A320, preferred - Experience in transversal roles and project management preferred - Training in Crew Resource Management and Human Factors preferred - Current EASA, TCCA, or FAA Class 2 Medical certification; able to perform aircrew duties daily - Preferred private pilots license - Available for up to 30% domestic and international travel (Canada, Europe) - Authorized to work in the US - Excellent technical commanding of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of French, German, or Spanish preferred - Strong analytical and synthesizing skills in problem-solving - Solution-oriented, collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset - Capability to function in a high-pressure environment - Ability to adapt to a multicultural workplace - Preferred qualification as an Airbus FTE/GTE
