Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, IT, Web Applications, or a related discipline from an accredited institution is mandatory; a masters degree or completion of advanced coursework is preferred; alternatively, a combination of education and practical experience will be considered. - Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience is essential, with more experience being strongly preferred. Additional applicable experience may be accepted in lieu of academic qualifications at managements discretion. - Proficiency in .NET MAUI, Blazor, Sitecore, DNN, Coveo, Visual Studio.Net, ASP.Net, C#, Java, and SQL Server is required. - Demonstrated expertise in systems analysis, design, and the gathering of requirements. - Strong familiarity with the Microsoft .Net Framework is necessary. - Skilled in web markup languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with client-side scripting and jQuery is required. - Experience with content management systems, advanced JavaScript frameworks, version control systems, cross-browser compatibility, and RESTful services and APIs is a definite advantage. - Background in utilizing automation and web performance tools is also beneficial. - Familiarity with image editing software to adjust images as needed is required. - Understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial updates, and AJAX is necessary. - Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities for effective interaction across various levels of stakeholders. - Self-motivated individual with professional maturity and sound judgment, capable of making independent decisions. - Strong time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and transition smoothly between projects. - Proficient in creating internal documentation as required. - Previous experience in end-user security administration is advantageous. - Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze user requirements for mobile and web applications while conducting systems design. - Develop, test, and implement mobile and web applications along with other complex application and database integrations. - Contribute insights for the entire project lifecycle to ensure alignment with corporate technical architecture standards and strategy. - Collaborate effectively with Architects, Developers, Data Analysts, and other technical team members in executing projects and strategies. - Research and assess design options and technology infrastructure alternatives to enhance project outcomes. - Engage with business knowledge experts, leadership, and data analysts to define ALPAs vision for its data store and translate logical designs into physical databases. - Ensure adherence to departmental policies and collaborate with teammates across various departments. - Provide guidance to management regarding potential changes to standards and policies based on emerging trends and insights. - Resolve complex technical issues while ensuring consistent application of technical architecture standards. - Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
