Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in backend development using Python and/or Node.js
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React or similar
- Strong understanding of SQL and data modeling, along with familiarity in NoSQL databases
- Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and OAuth
- Proficient in using Git for version control, maintaining organized commits and clean history
- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools with APIs such as OpenAI or Claude
- Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen
- Adept at implementing security measures like encryption and access controls
- Knowledge of compliance standards in regulated environments
- Ability to proactively monitor and maintain web applications in cloud or VPS settings
- Strong documentation practices for code and processes
- Exceptional communication skills to keep team aligned
- Mindset focused on client data security and handling sensitive information responsibly
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance internal software applications and AI systems to elevate efficiency
- Replace costly SaaS solutions with custom-built alternatives within the first year
- Achieve a minimum reduction in SaaS expenses by $40,000 in the initial year
- Develop and implement at least five AI-driven tools or automations to minimize manual tasks within the first six months
- Ensure operational uptime of 99% or higher on all production tools, addressing issues swiftly
- Maintain thorough documentation for all code and systems in shared repositories
- Produce quarterly reports detailing completed projects, ongoing tasks, and future objectives
