Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5–8+ years of experience with Terraform, Ansible, Python, Bash, and CI/CD
- Proficient with foundational technologies of AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Familiarity with Concourse CI/CD or similar pipeline tools
- Strong skills in Linux OS — deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of networking concepts — IP routing, subnetting, DNS, and troubleshooting
- Experience in RBAC design and user provisioning
- Knowledge of cloud logging and log processing tools
- Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault or similar secrets management solutions
- Understanding of ServiceNow and ITIL practices
- U.S. citizenship — must have only U.S. citizenship, no dual citizenship allowed
- No security clearance needed at this moment
- For senior-level role: 5+ years of hands-on Ansible automation experience, expertise in large-scale infrastructure-as-code development, ability to scope and manage major infrastructure projects, skills in translating complex requirements into actionable tasks, understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and strong written communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Write, modify, and execute Terraform scripts to deploy and sustain infrastructure across various cloud platforms
- Operate and troubleshoot Ansible playbooks to manage customer environments
- Utilize GitLab across multiple codebases to maintain infrastructure and submit change requests
- Configure, build, and deploy containerized services using Docker and/or Kubernetes
- Investigate connectivity issues by analyzing traffic flow between customer and hosted environments
- Implement monitoring, configuration management, and logging in a multi-tenant cloud setup
- Create and maintain technical documentation for network and system designs
- Develop standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and technical bulletins
- Embrace a security-first approach to all tasks
- Use generative AI tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and resource management
