Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Provide daily support of IT services through the IT ticketing system.
- Implement various IT projects as needed.
- Create email accounts for newly onboarded users and redeploy laptops and desktops when necessary.
- Offer advanced technical support for all IT challenges and issues.
- Investigate and respond to both major and minor IT or system-related problems.
- Recommend new equipment and upgrades to existing infrastructure based on business needs and network demands.
- Conduct general technical troubleshooting and offer consultation.
- Plan for the growth and scalability of IT infrastructure.
- Maintain existing systems, including hardware, software support, and application management.
- Work independently to complete the aforementioned tasks.
- Undertake additional duties as required.
