Requirements
Must:
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in program and project management, showcasing success in leading large-scale digital projects.
- Post-secondary education in Technology, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Project Manager are preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of delivery methodologies, including Agile, Lean, Waterfall, DevOps, and hybrid models.
- Proven capability to manage intricate programs involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing abilities, with experience in building consensus, negotiating solutions, and facilitating change.
- Strong communication, facilitation, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Experienced in conflict resolution, process reengineering, and enterprise transformation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on the health of programs, milestone achievements, and delivery speed through executive dashboards and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sponsors and business owners to track strategic business outcomes, ensuring they align with enterprise KPIs.
- Provide frequent updates to divisional leaders regarding the progress of initiatives, associated risks, and value realization.
- Drive continuous improvement by enhancing delivery frameworks, operational workflows, and governance structures.
- Oversee structured knowledge transfer from delivery to support teams to guarantee operational readiness and the long-term sustainability of implemented solutions.
- Partner with IT architecture, data, and business teams to ensure smooth integration of modern technologies, scalable infrastructure, and reengineered business processes.
- Lead the creation of portfolio intake documents and iterative business cases that reflect changing scope, value realization, and strategic alignment.
- Advise senior leadership on initiative proposals, investment prioritization, and cost-benefit analysis to facilitate informed decision-making.
