Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business, MIS, or related field, or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of related experience with Workday for Level 2; 5 years for Senior Level; 8 years for Lead Level
- Proficient in Workday Integrations, Security Framework, Integration Security, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and Enterprise Interface Builder
- Familiar with Java/OpenShift applications that exchange data with Workday is preferred
- Experience designing and developing integrations within the Workday architecture
- Knowledge of APIs (SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, XPATH, JSON)
- Experience with the Workday PRISM Financial system, SOA-based integration products, and Java, Oracle PL/SQL
- Understanding of automation using Ansible Tower and experience with monitoring tools like Splunk or Dynatrace
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with strict data governance policies
Responsibilities
- Design and develop new financial integrations for Workday architecture
- Learn and communicate effectively about non-Workday applications and collaborate with software development teams
- Oversee all phases of the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and deployment
- Engage in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, and product evaluations
- Communicate integration design details through clear written and verbal communication
- Provide support for in-bound and outbound Workday integration issues and manage incidents
- Participate in system maintenance, including version updates and implementation of fixes
- Research and incorporate new technologies to improve product development and support
- Guide and mentor team members, schedule work, and provide leadership during software product planning and design phases
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for integration to ensure quality delivery across teams
