Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure Architecture or Engineering
- Strong expertise in on-premise or data center environments and private cloud
- In-depth knowledge of VMware virtualization including vSphere, NSX, and vRealize
- Practical experience with storage solutions such as VxRail, VxBlock, NetApp, and vSAN
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and Cisco technologies
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems
- Proven track record in delivering comprehensive infrastructure solutions
- Experience with container platforms like Kubernetes and Docker is a plus
- Exposure to public cloud systems, specifically Azure IaaS
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform
- Basic skills in scripting or development are desirable
- Background in data center transformations and infrastructure strategy planning
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Design and build IT infrastructure solutions encompassing compute, storage, and networking
- Architect and maintain on-premise and private cloud setups
- Execute system integration, capacity planning, and performance monitoring
- Create proof of concepts (POCs) to validate design methodologies and non-functional requirements
- Automate infrastructure workflows to enhance operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Development, Operations, Security, and Compliance
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams
- Manage the full lifecycle delivery including design, implementation, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning
