Requirements
Must:
- Experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Familiarity with database design, ETL processes, and data analysis methods.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong curiosity combined with a natural problem-solving approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when dealing with data.
- Ability to think logically and systematically while troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Grafana and/or Power BI, Node.js, Python.
- Comfort in navigating technical systems, data, or software platforms.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Willingness to explore new tools, systems, and technologies.
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM.
- Prior experience with CRM platforms, SaaS tools, or technical support roles.
- Knowledge of SQL, especially PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with AWS services, including AWS Lambda.
- Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
- Educational background in business analysis, IT, computer science, or a related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Assist with project management tasks to ensure on-time execution of initiatives.
- Create comprehensive documentation utilizing Visio or similar applications.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units.
- Contribute to improving reporting dashboards for enhanced decision-making.
- Monitor and handle incoming support emails from agents.
- Diagnose and resolve issues associated with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM workflows, automations, and data.
- Address website functionality and integration issues.
- Manage sales and lead management platforms.
- Accurately document issues, root causes, and solutions.
- Identify recurring challenges and propose process or system enhancements.
- Refer complex or systemic issues to technical or product teams when necessary.
- Maintain professional and clear communication with internal users.
- Aid in examining system performance, behavior, and data accuracy.
- Support the development of dashboarding and monitoring initiatives using Grafana and Power BI.
- Handle large commission and financial datasets where precision and detail are critical.
- Assist in validating data, investigating inconsistencies, and ensuring reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with technical team members to comprehend platform workflows and system architecture.
- Gradually learn and contribute to tools and technologies such as monitoring and visualization tools like Grafana, Power BI, AWS cloud environments, SQL/PostgreSQL databases, AWS Lambda for serverless functions, workflow automation platforms like n8n, and internal tools like Node.js and Python.
