Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field
- At least eight years of relevant experience in modern communication system engineering, digital signal processing, or AI/ML communication expertise
- Proficient in developing within a Linux environment
- Strong programming skills in C++, Python, or Matlab
- Required ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance; U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite
- For Senior Engineering Specialist: Minimum of twelve years of experience
- Proven technical leadership with project management from concept through execution or business development with U.S. Government clients
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members
Responsibilities
- Develop prototypes for classic signal processing and AI/ML signal processing
- Present technical demonstrations and briefings to both internal and external stakeholders
- Offer technical guidance and expertise to external clients
- Expand the departments business network in collaboration with the customer program office
