Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors and/or advanced degree in a technical/STEM discipline
- At least 8 years of professional experience related to launch vehicle hardware
- Proven understanding of launch vehicle hardware design, assembly, testing, and/or operations
- Experience coordinating or working within multi-disciplinary technical teams
- Ability to work independently with direct customer interaction
- Willingness to travel as necessary (primarily within the U.S.)
- Current and active TS/SCI security clearance, as required by the U.S. government
- U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility
- For Senior Project Engineer: 12+ years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and programmatic leadership for Point-to-Point Delivery (P2D) efforts supporting SSC/SYD 80/AL Director
- Engage in current and future contract activities
- Collaborate with AGO teams consisting of diverse engineers tackling complex challenges
- Create and present reports and briefings while offering technical evaluations to external clients and Aerospace management
- Develop and sustain acquisition schedules and plan documents
- Monitor programmatic issues linked to projects and apply Aerospace expertise for task fulfillment
- Liaise with existing and potential P2D stakeholders including TRANSCOM, NASA, etc.
