Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or a related technical field
- 12+ years of relevant experience in integrating complex systems
- Extensive knowledge of Systems of Systems Engineering (SoSE) processes
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and meet customer or management demands
- Capability to convert strategies into actionable, short-term goals
- Established track record of building trusted relationships with both internal and external partners
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- History of initiative and fulfilling commitments
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations (around 20% of the time)
- Active Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information access (TS/SCI)
Responsibilities
- Leading the integration of enterprise activities across diverse mission threads by establishing scalable and actionable workflows and product frameworks
- Managing essential interfaces between key enterprise components and coordinating comprehensive analyses
- Acting as a senior technical authority for multiple space enterprise missions and capabilities, coordinating cross-functional teams and serving as a primary technical liaison to Space Force clients
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Collaborating with leadership to produce integrated national security space enterprise solutions
