Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited program in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in Antenna/RF System design, analysis, and testing
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance issued by the U.S. government; U.S. citizenship is required
- Proficient in utilizing various analysis tools such as ADS, Microwave Office, HFSS, Feko, CST, and GRASP
- Experience in a laboratory setting with RF hardware and testing equipment
- Proven track record of working effectively with customers and project teams
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 10% of the time
- For Engineering Specialist position: At least eight years of related experience
- For Engineering Specialist position: Experience supporting DoD/IC programs and payloads
- For Engineering Specialist position: Demonstrated experience leading development projects and mentoring junior staff
- For Engineering Specialist position: Proven ability to design and implement antenna and RF systems with real-world performance requirements
Responsibilities
- Join the Antenna Systems Department as a seasoned engineer, contributing both independently and as part of project teams
- Provide expert knowledge in RF systems, antennas, and transmission and reception systems
- Tackle technical challenges in communications, signals collection, and remote sensing domains
- Collaborate closely with clients to address the issues at hand and lead project initiatives
- Leverage your technical skills to encourage innovation and ensure the success of ongoing development programs while influencing future missions
- Strategically support our Department of Defense and Intelligence customers
- Collaborate effectively with both junior and senior staff members
