Requirements
Must:
- Typically requires a bachelors degree in Engineering with 2-5 years of experience in the field or a related area.
- Experience in developing requirements documents, including functional requirements and verification success criteria.
- Familiarity with the design, assembly, testing, verification, and operation of hardware.
- Basic understanding of widely used concepts and practices in hardware fields such as mechanical and electrical system design, engineering drawings, material selection, and software/tool design.
- Strong ability to create written documentation and effectively communicate in various meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Engage in trade studies and analyses that impact the design and functionality of hardware used during lunar exploration and sample curation.
- Execute requirements decomposition and prepare requirements documentation.
- Draft verification and validation plans and statements.
- Create interface control documents.
- Review and provide feedback on program documentation.
- Collaborate with Artemis system management teams.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment, updating the team lead on progress and challenges while seeking support.
- Undertake additional duties as necessary.
