Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent certification in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. - Proficiency in migrating SharePoint from on-premises to SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. - Experience in converting InfoPath workflows. - Familiarity with Power Apps. - Demonstrated experience managing SharePoint projects utilizing project management software. - Excellent communication skills for project development and execution. - Proven experience with artificial intelligence applications within SharePoint Online.

Responsibilities

- Lead the migration project from SharePoint on-premises (SP 2016) to SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 in collaboration with the primary SharePoint Developer/Administrator and SharePoint tester. - Formulate and execute a detailed migration strategy, encompassing project planning, testing, communication, and deployment phases. - Evaluate the current SharePoint environment, identify migration needs, and develop migration plans and timelines. - Collaborate closely with customer teams, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. - Configure SharePoint Online and M365 settings to ensure optimal performance and integration with other systems. - Apply best practices for SharePoint Online governance, security, and compliance. - Provide technical guidance and support to the primary SharePoint developer/administrator and end-users throughout the migration process. - Monitor migration progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely solutions. - Conduct post-migration assessments to refine processes and enhance efficiency. - Maintain regular, timely communication with end users and stakeholders.
