Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent certification in a related field
- Typically 10 years of experience in the industry or a related area
- Minimum of 8+ years as a Systems Analyst or similar role
- Proven track record in systems analysis, design, and implementation
- Proficient in system analysis tools and methodologies
- Skilled in administering Linux and/or Windows servers
- Familiar with software update processes and patch maintenance
- Capable of troubleshooting user-reported issues
- Experienced with SQL, databases, and Docker-based systems
- Knowledgeable about DevOps pipeline automation
- Familiar with programming languages such as Shell scripting, Python, or C#
- Experienced with configuration management using Git tools
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments and multisite/network/storage operations
- Experienced with project management tools (e.g., Atlassian Suite, Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Project)
- Ability to provide user support across multiple labs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new technologies
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and implement information systems that meet business requirements
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather necessary requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues
- Ensure lab systems are effectively developed, built, and operated
- Provide comprehensive user support across various labs
