Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience creating documentation for enterprise-level SaaS products in the fintech sector using Paligo or similar content management systems like Oxygen or ReadMe.
- Proficient in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Analytics, and Storylane.
- Experience with scripting, storyboarding, and producing videos utilizing tools like Storylane, Camtasia, or the Adobe suite.
- Familiarity with site traffic data to assess user behavior and content needs.
- Strong collaborative communication skills, with a desire to learn, grow, and support others.
- Attention to detail, particularly regarding editorial accuracy, as evidenced by feedback in cover letters.
- Bonus points for familiarity with Storylane, Figma, UserPilot, basic HTML and CSS, as well as technical concepts like branching, APIs, SSO, and webhooks.
- Must provide a portfolio or link to writing samples.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly help content, including screenshots and video materials.
- Produce videos to simulate user workflows using Storylane.
- Advocate for user needs to ensure their success.
- Analyze inquiries and responses to metrics to assess effectiveness and identify deficits in our AI-powered documentation.
- Enhance help content to improve the accuracy and breadth of AI chatbot replies.
- Monitor usage and engagement of In-App Help to enhance chatbot assistance.
- Consult with website analytics and customer teams to guide content strategies.
- Collaborate with product management, development, and QA teams to create content for new and existing features.
- Serve as an editorial resource for developer documentation, UX copy, and various projects.
- Generate reports and internal updates regarding content revisions and performance improvements.
