Requirements
Must:
- Over 15 years of experience with Oracle EBS and Cloud, ideally within the Financials sector
- Proven track record managing multiple Oracle EBS implementations
- Commitment to a project duration of at least 1 year (with possibilities for extension)
- PMP or equivalent certification; Oracle Financials certification is an added advantage
- Experience collaborating with C-suite executives
- Strong understanding of PMI best practices and methodologies, particularly Agile and Waterfall
- Capable of leading project phases including data conversions and fit alignments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Oversee Oracle EBS implementation projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership to understand project requirements and objectives
- Manage different project phases including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Conduct data conversion activities and ensure fit alignment with client needs
- Facilitate team communications and coordinate between various stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide updates and reports to senior management on project progress and challenges
