Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM
- 5+ years of experience specifically in Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll
- In-depth knowledge of Core HR
- Expertise in Payroll and Absence Management
- Hands-on experience handling Canadian Payroll (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of Quebec payroll regulations and tax rules
- Experience with global template implementations and localization projects
- Fluency in both French and English (mandatory)
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll modules
- Configure and support payroll systems in compliance with Canadian and Quebec-specific regulations
- Ensure alignment of global Oracle Fusion templates with local business and statutory needs
- Provide comprehensive French-language support, including user training, functional documentation, and navigation guidance
- Configure French UI/screens, reports, and labels as needed
- Address local compliance requirements such as tax configurations, statutory reports, and payroll calculations
- Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and reporting (BI/OTBI)
- Prepare and review Functional Design Documents (FDD) and test scripts for SIT/UAT
- Support data migration processes and validation efforts
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to functionality and payroll
