Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of expertise in Oracle Financials (A2R track)
- Profound functional knowledge in Projects, Fixed Assets, and Grants
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud Financials
- Strong comprehension of accounting methodologies and asset lifecycle management
- Excellent stakeholder communication abilities
- Willingness to work 2–3 days onsite in Philadelphia, PA
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and support of the A2R (Acquire to Retire) process
- Configure and manage the Oracle Projects, Fixed Assets, and Grants modules
- Conduct business requirement gathering, solution design, and gap analysis
- Assist with period closing, asset management, capitalization, and depreciation
- Ensure seamless integration with the General Ledger and other financial modules
- Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, reporting, and interface creation
