Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 5+ years of practical experience in electronics, forklift maintenance, or battery technology.
- Preferred experience with lithium-ion batteries and BMS/BMU systems.
- Familiar with warehouse operations, WMS systems, and inventory control procedures.
- Strong skills in mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting areas.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with robust organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse receiving operations, ensuring accuracy of incoming materials in terms of model, quantity, and quality; input data into WMS systems.
- Carry out shipping procedures, including order selection, packaging, labeling, and shipment confirmation using FIFO inventory methods.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits, resolving discrepancies and maintaining precise inventory records.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized while maximizing storage and material flow.
- Diagnose and repair batteries and chargers, including returns.
- Inspect incoming batteries to verify quality and adherence to compliance standards.
- Offer technical support to customers and dealers, troubleshooting hardware and system problems.
- Cultivate knowledge in battery systems, BMS/BMU technologies, and associated software/tools.
- Remain updated on new engineering developments, product designs, and service tools.
