Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience in event coordination, program management, or operations
- Demonstrated capability in managing intricate logistics and high-profile events
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Experience in supporting executive meetings or customer-focused interactions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and project management applications
Responsibilities
- Lead the logistics and implementation of executive briefings and PC Day events, including scheduling, venue selection, and onsite management
- Handle multiple events concurrently, ensuring flawless execution with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare meeting rooms, technology, and demonstration setups for successful presentations
- Oversee operational aspects on the day of events including attendee coordination, timing, and problem resolution
- Collaborate effectively with sales teams, executives, presenters, vendors, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor event metrics, attendance, and performance for ongoing enhancement
- Manage event management tools such as Cvent, SharePoint, and Workfront
- Assist with communication, reporting, and post-event documentation
