Requirements
Must:
- At least 3 years of experience in press brake operation
- Strong preference for experience in press brake setup and programming
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with sheet metal and precision tolerances
- Familiarity with general fabrication tools and precision measuring equipment
- Strong mechanical skills with keen attention to detail
- Willingness to work overtime when required
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press brake machines to manufacture parts according to specifications
- Program press brake equipment for both new and recurring jobs
- Assist with turret punch press operations as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Work with various materials to fabricate precision components
- Use general fabrication tools including calipers, deburring tools, grinders, and hand tools
- Perform part finishing tasks such as grinding and deburring
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Meet production goals while ensuring safety and quality standards
