Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong understanding of software, hardware, and network functionality and support
- Experience with various operating systems, including Windows 11 and Mac OS
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, emphasizing a commitment to assisting others
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving computer hardware, software, network, and printer issues
- Preferred: Entry-level IT certifications or comparable experience
Responsibilities
- Review open trouble tickets, gather necessary information, update tickets with current details, and resolve issues
- Research and address unfamiliar technical problems, and create documentation for resolution to enhance the knowledge base
- Install hardware and software for end users
- Set up and onboard new users in Azure AD/Microsoft 365
- Keep up to date with advancements in related technologies, designs, methods, and trends
- Participate in the on-call schedule and offer after-hours support as needed
- Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned
