Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Over 4 years of IT support experience.
- Proficient in Mac, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel between locations.
- Reliable transportation to travel between company sites.
- Skilled in creating instructional documents or tutorials.
- Preferred: CompTIA A+ certification or other IT support qualifications.
- Preferred: Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
- Preferred: Knowledge of AV or conference room equipment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver IT support in person, over the phone, via chat, and through email.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, scanners, workstations, and network devices.
- Manage incoming tickets, develop instructional materials, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Oversee IT inventory, system security, and server/data room equipment.
- Travel between facilities as required.
