Requirements
Must:
- Advanced, hands-on experience with ISNetworld, encompassing all major sections of the platform
- Proficient understanding of contractor compliance and data management processes
- Strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities
- Competence in utilizing databases, web-based platforms, and administrative systems
- Dependable, self-motivated professional capable of working autonomously
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a problem-solving perspective
- This is not an entry-level position; substantial ISN expertise is mandatory
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain ISNetworld (ISN) accounts across all platform modules
- Navigate, update, and audit contractor compliance data to guarantee accuracy
- Monitor document submissions, approvals, and expiration dates
- Identify and resolve issues within ISNetworld efficiently
- Assist internal teams by providing precise reporting and system insights
- Maintain well-organized records and ensure data integrity across systems
- Collaborate with leadership to support continuous compliance and safety initiatives
