Requirements
Must:
- At least 2 years of experience in a bilingual Dutch/English Technical Support role
- Proficient in both written and spoken Dutch and English
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Capable of managing high volumes of phone and email inquiries
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation practices
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Excellent time management skills and capacity to meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new support software
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote bilingual technical support (Dutch/English) through phone and email communications
- Address customer queries concerning product functionality, defects, and service requests
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues while explaining end-of-life (EOL) products
- Assist customers with step-by-step solutions for problem resolution and product setup
- Accurately record all customer interactions in call logs and required reporting systems
- Adhere to Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), warranty, replacement, and refund protocols
- Manage difficult customer interactions effectively to ensure a positive experience
- Suggest suitable products based on customer needs and provide follow-up resources/links
- Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys and collect feedback
- Monitor unresolved cases and conduct timely follow-ups until resolution is achieved
- Maintain performance metrics, service levels, and quality standards
- Stay updated on product changes, troubleshooting techniques, and internal processes
- Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by supervision
