Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering, or a related field with three to five years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to understand and interpret both business and technical documentation
- Intermediate knowledge of enterprise architecture and its effects on organizations
- Skills in crafting persuasive business cases with precise cost and effort estimates
- Capability to swiftly identify and resolve issues that may occur in deliverables
- Strong ability to work autonomously and efficiently
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while upholding high-quality standards
- Experience with RUP, Agile, Scrum, or TDD is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fundamental understanding of information risk and enterprise architecture standards
- Good grasp of various software development methodologies
- Demonstrated software engineering expertise that leads to effective technical solutions
- Competencies in personal discipline, communication, and customer focus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business subject matter experts to convert business needs into technical solutions
- Work alongside software engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions
- Partner with solution architects to deliver a scalable and flexible architectural framework
- Integrate business and service strategies into the enterprise architecture roadmap
- Advocate for a unified infrastructure and application roadmap to enhance information flow and reduce costs
- Create Business Process Models and Notations for both current and future state analyses
- Identify and establish standard operating procedures opportunities
- Coordinate project resources for efficiency
- Manage process changes and communicate progress effectively to leadership
- Utilize business process modeling notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL) to document processes
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and relevant tools as necessary
- Facilitate the prioritization of requirements based on business impact
