Practice Relations Specialist

- Promote Advanced Surgical Associates services, focusing on our new Concord practice under Dr. Kims leadership - Build and enhance referral connections with general dentists and specialists in Concord and nearby areas - Conduct regular field visits through scheduled appointments and walk-ins with dental offices - Represent ASA professionally in all practice territories - Monitor referral trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide market insights to leadership - Collaborate with surgeons and regional management to support specific growth strategies - Assist in marketing initiatives for new practice launches, services, and team members - Document activities and results to guide referral strategy and decision-making - Gather examples of return on investment from outreach initiatives - Plan and facilitate Lunch & Learns, continuing education courses, open houses, and networking events - Manage logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, attendance tracking, and execution - Assess event outcomes and their impact on referral engagement and patient volumes - Capture engaging content for marketing campaigns, including photos, videos, and written pieces - Provide regular updates on market dynamics, competitor activity, referral trends, and community prospects - Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messages in external communications - Primarily manage activities in Concord, MA, with occasional travel to Tewksbury, MA, and Portsmouth, NH - Independently coordinate schedules and travel plans to enhance efficiency - Keep precise records of field activities, market contacts, and communications - Submit weekly summaries or reports as needed by management
