Requirements
Must:
- PMP/CAPM certification or relevant project management experience
- Familiarity with essential IT principles, systems, and concepts
- Associate degree or higher
- Knowledge and experience in the fuel, food, or retail sectors
- Theoretical and practical understanding of project management methodologies (strategic planning, risk management, scheduling, resource allocation, and change management)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to foster collaboration and build relationships to achieve project deadlines
- Proven interpersonal and leadership capabilities
- Proficient in managing diverse and complex projects while influencing stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Create detailed project plans and schedules, allocate resources, and track timelines
- Organize and facilitate meetings for internal and external project teams
- Record and disseminate notes and action items from meetings
- Collaborate with various departments to achieve the best project outcomes
- Track and support all project deadlines, budgets, and activities
- Provide weekly updates on project status through verbal and written communication
- Use tracking tools effectively to manage project tasks, activities, and deliverables
- Conduct quality assurance tasks as needed
- Implement and manage changes to fulfill project deliverables and align with organizational goals
- Evaluate and review project performance to ensure ongoing improvement within the organization
Description
