Requirements
Must:
- PMP/CAPM certification or equivalent project experience
- Familiarity or understanding of fundamental IT principles, systems, and concepts
- Associate degree or higher
- Experience or knowledge in Fuel, Food, or Retail sectors
- Comprehensive understanding of Project Management concepts including strategic planning, risk, scheduling, resource, and change management
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience managing projects of varying complexities and influencing stakeholders
- Resilient and composed under pressure to find optimal solutions
- Positive attitude and motivation to exceed expectations
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset that shows initiative
- Meticulous attention to detail ensuring high accuracy in deliverables
- Prior experience in vendor management and stakeholder engagement
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects at the same time
- Create project timelines and plans, allocate resources and track progress
- Arrange project meetings for both internal and external stakeholders
- Take notes during meetings and share action items with participants
- Collaborate with various departments to drive successful project outcomes
- Supervise all project deadlines, budget constraints, and activities
- Provide weekly updates on project status through verbal and written communication
- Manage tracking tools for organizing project tasks and deliverables
- Perform quality assurance tasks as needed
- Implement necessary changes to meet project goals and align with organizational objectives
- Review and analyze project outcomes to ensure ongoing improvement and learning for the organization

This is a remarkable opportunity for the right individual to thrive and play a pivotal role in implementing essential systems and processes that align with our clients strategic goals. Our work environment is hybrid, with three days each week onsite in Glen Rock, NJ. We value strong interpersonal skills and adaptability within our organizational culture.
