Requirements

Must:
- Proven experience as a Level 2 (or higher) IT Support Specialist in MSP settings, handling a variety of tasks - Strong technical skills in Windows and macOS, network administration, and cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS) - Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP are advantageous - Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a clear communication style - Willingness to participate in on-call rotation - Ability to travel primarily within MA, CT, and RI; company vehicle provided - Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and accessing confined spaces to adjust IT equipment - Commitment to integrity, excellence, and ethical standards - Valid drivers license required; must pass a drug test and criminal background check

Responsibilities

- Provide remote and onsite technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues, enhancing client satisfaction - Monitor and manage client networks, ensuring security, performance, and conducting installations and configurations of desktops, servers, and networking devices - Assist in implementing new technologies for clients, adapting to changing IT landscapes - Accurately document all support activities and solutions in our ticketing system for future reference - Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver comprehensive IT solutions
