Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Level 2 IT Support Specialist or higher, specifically within Managed Service Provider environments
- Strong technical skills in Windows and macOS systems, network administration, and cloud services like Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP are advantageous
- Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Comfortable with travel primarily within MA, CT, and RI, with a company vehicle provided
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate tight spaces to service IT equipment
- Commitment to integrity and high ethical standards
- Valid drivers license required, must pass drug test and background check
Responsibilities
- Provide both remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues, prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Oversee client networks, ensuring security and optimal functionality, including installations and configurations for desktops, servers, and networking devices
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies, adapting to changing IT landscapes
- Maintain thorough documentation of support activities and solutions within our ticketing system
- Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver comprehensive IT solutions
